Successful-discrimination-for-two-pairs-of-keys

We have successfully completed 100% discrimination of two pairs of keys: A & L, P & Q. We chose these keys because they are far apart on the keyboard. We now have data to discriminate the adjacent letter pairs i.e. A & Q, P & L. We don’t suspect there to be much of a problem with getting the discrimination perfectly for any combination of these four letters. To obtain the actual hit times we had to go through with the getHits() function and then manually tune the key hit times. It’s still in the working stages but we feel confident that our new getHits program will greatly increase the speed of this project. The results along with the SVM plot’s can be seen under Keys-→R. Our goal is to finish mapping each key’s signal by mid to late December.
