Hints for Viewing Online Talks
- Go to http://video.google.com and search for: maxent2007 Authorname
- Go to http://maxent2007.org and get the slides for the talk
- If slides are .ppt and you don’t have Powerpoint then use http://docufarm.com
- Within Powerpoint:
- Click Slide Show
- Click Set up Show…
- Click Browsed by an individual (window)
- Click Manually
- Click ok
- Resize the Powerpoint window.
- Start the show
- View the streamed video from google in fullscreen
- Use Alt-Tab to put the ppt show on top
- Advance the slides with Page-down
- Enjoy !

How to Add Rehearse Timings Matching the Online Video
- Run ppt on a computer (e.g. a laptop)
- Run talk video on another computer next to the above (or on a small window on the same computer)
- On ppt:
- Click Slide Show
- Click Rehearse Timings
- Quickly start the video of the talk
- Make sure your sequence of ppt slides follows the talk (Always forward no backward transitions allowed).
- Save your .ppt and check that the transitions are in sync with the video of the talk.
- Send us ( maxent2007@gmail.com ) the new .ppt
How to Produce a .wmv Video of the ppt with above timings and cursor movement

- Follow the Instructions that come with Camtasia Studio.
